油炸小馒头怎么做就不油腻了

炸好的馒头可以用厨纸上吸去多余的油,油炸小馒头方法如下:

主料:面粉300g 

辅料:酵母3g、牛奶150g

1.牛奶将酵母化开,倒入面粉中,揉成面团

2.发酵至两倍大小,手指蘸面粉按压不回缩即可

3.发酵好的面团揉匀排气

4.擀成5毫米厚的面片,切掉四边不整齐的地方

5.将面片卷起来,整理成粗细均匀的面棍

6.用刀切成等份的馒头生坯

7.将做好的生坯放入刷油的蒸笼内,发酵半个小时

8.冷水上锅蒸二十分钟即可关火,三分钟后开盖,即成银馒头

9.锅内放入油

10.油温六成热时,将蒸好的馒头放入油锅内

11.炸至金黄捞出,用厨房纸吸干表面的油分,即成金馒头

12.金银馒头装入盘中,取一小碟,放入炼乳果酱,蘸食

炸馒头片时,先在冰箱里冰镇一下,再入锅去炸,
