现在客人觉得价格涨了，然后就是包装，他的要求我们公司无法达到，只能按照通常的包装。

Now,we only require you to add 400USD of container tuck fee
Beside,packing shall packed by PP Bag.
Is it acceptally for you?

请问USD4339.85/T FOB SHANGHAI这个价格是之前给客户的价格还是涨过之后的价格?我现在作为是涨过之前的进行处理。另外，贵公司卖的304, 306级的是焦炭还是钢材？我作为钢材处理了。

The previous quoted price of USD4339.85/T FOB SHANGHAI was a discounted price for new business from your company because we believe it will give us the opportunity to show you the good quality of our products and to establish long term business relations with your company.

However, we have to increase our quoted price due to the increased price of raw materials and manufacturing costs. In fact, the raw material costs for 304 and 306 grade steel increased again today to as high as USD148/T. Besides, the Chinese Government raised the cost of night-time electricity for smelting to be the same as day-time rate. Since our steel is usually smelted at night to take advantage of the lower electricity cost which we no longer enjoy, our manufacturing cost went up as well. With that said, I think the increase of USD400 per truck load is reasonable.

As for packaging, we can only provide PP bag packaging. Will this be acceptable for you?
