1、鸭砍了,晾干水。 紫苏切段、姜切片、蒜头切碎、豆鼓备好。

2、锅里放一点点油,放入鸭肉炒,炒个三四分钟,盖上盖子。焖到如图,鸭皮和鸭肉的水分,油出来,最好焖的皮有一点点焦黄色。

3、加入紫苏,姜片,豆鼓,蒜头,炒一分钟,目的是将紫苏炒香来。
