在饼铛中抹上较浓的油,将面糊倒入正好一勺头的量流匀,(这时就体现前面提到的稠稀程度)不匀的地方用勺背抹匀,可撒入些黑芝麻,盖盖儿烙3分钟,依次可做4-5个饼。
