1.芹菜洗好,摘去叶子,最好用那种小的水芹菜,嫩叶子可以保留,莲藕去皮洗净切片
2.莲藕和芹菜分别焯水,然后切碎丁
3.猪肉加芹菜剁碎,剁到芹菜和猪肉完全融合,然后加姜搅拌均匀
