According to experts, it is very important to have a healthy diet, or your health will still get worse even you keep doing exercises. When I was very small, my mother kept telling me that having a healthy diet is more important than anything. After a long time of developing a good habits, now I have a healthy diet. Every morning, I always have a piece of bread, a bowl of porridge and a boiled egg. Every noon when it is time for lunch, I am always tired and hungry because of 4 hours of study. So for lunch, I usually have meat as well as vegetables like carrot and cabbage, of course a bowl of rice can't be forgotten. In the evening, a bowl of soup before dinner is commen for me, because for an empty stomach, it is harmful to have solid food directly. Except breakfast, lunch and dinner, I also have different kinds of fruits like apples and oranges between two meals. Now I am proud of my healthy diet, and I hope I can keep this diet forever.
