My diet

I have a healthy diet. I eat three meals aday, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also balance out my fruits,vegetables, and meat to keep fit. I always try to eat all three meals no matter how busy I am. Of course, I drink water throughout the day to keep myself hydrated, too.
