韩式泡菜切丝 (有汤汁的话不要倒掉, 有一点汤汁炒起来的饭更添香气)

起一油锅, 先将松阪猪炒香, 再加入蒜片及葱白拌炒

蒜片及葱白炒出香气之后, 加入美白菇续炒

加入白饭, 将白饭炒开炒均匀(粒粒分明)

最后加入泡菜及少许泡菜汁以及少许的酱油提香, 将葱绿加入锅内大火拌炒均匀后即可起锅
