清炖嘎鱼
步骤
1.准备好所用食材
2.将嘎鱼去鳃、内脏,洗净后沥干水分
3.锅中注油烧热,放葱姜爆香
4.加入一勺豆瓣酱和一勺辣酱
5.煸炒均匀,炒出酱香味
6.加入清水烧开
7.放入醋、糖、盐后加入嘎鱼
8.大火烧开后,转中小火炖至20分钟,收干汤汁即可
