各种杂粮清洗干净后入烤箱120度低温烘焙。注意温度不能太高,否则会损害杂粮中的营养成分。
烘焙之前可以将食材大体分分类,容易烤熟的比如山药、核桃、莲子百合之类放在一盘,一般120度半小时左右即可。不容易熟的比如薏米、黑豆、红豆之类放在一盘,烤箱120度一小时左右差不多就熟了。
按照配方,将烤好的和无需烤制的各种食材混合在一起。

4.吃的时候可以直接开水冲泡,喜欢甜的可以加糖或者蜂蜜。如果加蜂蜜的话,需要温度降低一点再放,否则会破坏蜂蜜中的营养成分。
