纯净水 3升左右
姜片 4~5片
大葱段(3厘米左右的) 4~5段

猪骨头买回来先飞水,煮出血水,冲洗干净

把洗净的猪骨,水,葱,姜,八角一起放入高压锅里,大火上气后调小火压40~50分钟左右。

压好的骨头汤。把葱姜八角捞出来倒掉,如果直接做汤,可以换炒锅加热调味(也可以直接用高压锅加热调味),如果做菜备用,先放凉分装好冷冻保存。

直接做汤:换个炒锅继续加热,加盐,胡椒粉,生抽少许(不喜欢有颜色可不加),鸡精少许,香菜,香葱调味。关火后加几滴香油即可。
