传统村落是中国农耕文化的历史见证，近几年来，传统村落的保护工作受到政府、社会力量的多方支持。本文以南平市三楼村为例，分析了传统村落发展的困境，从乡村旅游的视角研究传统村落的保护工作，并针对村庄空心化、保护资金匮乏等问题，提出有针对性的旅游发展策略，营造自然和谐、文化繁荣、人心热络的传统村落。

Traditional villages are the historical witness of Chinese farming culture. In recent years, the protection of traditional villages has been supported by the government and social forces.
This paper takes the Sanlou village of Nanping City as an example, analyzes the dilemma of the development of traditional villages.
To create a natural harmony, cultural prosperity, people warm traditional village,
this paper studies the protection work of traditional villages from the perspective of rural tourism, and puts forward the policy of tourism development for the problems such as the hollowing out of villages and the lack of protection funds.
