用can 不合适吧。 不是说他 can 不 can。 而是说他可能本身或者天生就 特能喝。 天生的能力。

“他不能喝” 怎么说

不应该是 he can't drink吧。这好像不确切。因为除非是毒药。或者他没有嘴，没喝液体的能力
或者他被什么法律禁止了喝酒。他才can't drink。
