猪肉碎 1000g(30%肥,70瘦)
豆腐 两大块
鸡蛋 4个
红薯粉 500g
熟糯米饭 800g(可多可少)
葱花、生姜 各50g(多放会更香)
盐 约40g(根据个人口味)
菜籽油 1000g (实耗很少,因为圆子里的肉会炸出油)

肉加工成颗粒状,不要剁成肉糜,生姜擦碎
