清洗干净后用绳子拴起来挂在朝阳通风处晾晒至出油即可。一般晴朗的天气一天就可以出油,天气不好大概两天就可以,吃时放在锅里煮一下,切成小块即可。

注意事项
咸货一般晒至出油即可,如果晒得太干,肉吃起来比较柴,口感不佳。
