醋泡姜的做法
【食材】
嫩姜400克、陈醋约400克、冰糖20克

2、嫩姜洗净后切成薄片。

3、我用的是玻璃瓶子,做得多的话可以用个小玻璃坛子,总之密封好的适合装食品的容器就行。
先将玻璃瓶子煮一煮消毒,然后彻底擦干水分,保证瓶子特别干净,然后放入冰糖,加入姜片。

4、倒入醋,醋的多少就是保证将姜片全部淹没为准。

5、盖上盖子,冷藏保存。

6、嫩姜入味快,泡上一宿就可以吃了,两三天后味道更佳。
