The insufficient fund is the biggest obstacle for high tech companies to have further development. Based on the characteristics of financing demand for high tech companies, this article analyzes the existing financing issues in domestic high tech companies from various perspectives and cancludes the reasons causing such financing difficulties. Based on the analysis, the paper presents some suggestion and measures to improve the existing financing situation.
