摘要：本课题立足于当代“大学生创业率偏低”这一实际现状， 根据上海市团委08年提供的数据，当前中国大学生创业成功率平均为2%，这一数字与美国的大学生创业成功率20%有整整十倍的差距。 本文从大学生创业者实际情况出发，结合真实案例，围绕大学生创业所需条件进行讨论，深入研讨大学生创业过程中存在的问题，分析出大学生创业失败的原因，并且提出了问题的解决方案。本文共分为四个章节，重点谈了三个问题；分别是大学生创业者素质，大学生创业难点和大学生创业环境，这三点因素包含了大学生创业过程可能遇到的所有问题。第一， 起点理论，素质作为一个人的前提，对于一个创业者来讲创业素质更是尤为重要。大学生应该具备怎样的创业素质和条件，以及如何掌握这些创业素质和条件，执行力的强弱成为了大学生创业成功与否的关键。第二， 路上理论，本文指出了大学创业过程中普遍遇到的一些问题；比如缺少资金、缺少经验、项目方向错误、以及忽视细节等，针对每一问题笔者都提出了来相应的解决方案和应对措施。第三， 环境理论，一个良好的创业环境可以孕育出一大批优秀的创业企业。大学生创业环境大致可分为外环境和内环境，外环境主要体现在社会为大学生提供的创业环境上面，文章提出了大学生应该怎样合理正确地使用创业优惠政策；内部环境主要在于创业者自身，文章认为社会应该加强创业教育，营造良好的社会创业氛围，这样才能提升中国大学生创业素质。
