因为腊肠本身油就很多,怕油腻的童鞋在爆干辣椒花椒蒜米的时候可以用腊肠蒸出来的油哦,后续放蒜苗也不用加油了。还有吃的比较清淡的小伙伴们后面放蒜苗一起炒的时候少放点盐哦
