此段有语法问题，在最大保留原文的条件下应该纠正为：
Our workshop should be designed to begin our work with looking at everything from various aspects, in order to structure ideas and focuse on the key messages, the practice of their delivery and the reception of constructive feedback in business ppt presentation.
2个最主要的语法错误点：1）平行结构（简而言之：同一层意思里面的几个短语句式要一样。比如要么都v.ing，v.ing, and v.ing 要么都to do sth, to do sth, and to do sth）
2）主谓一致（简而言之：they+v.复数形式，it+v.单数形式）
诚实地说，中文翻译恕晚辈无能，这英语写的就算没语法错误，逻辑上也doesn't make sense
