感觉撞鬼了，怎么化解？

一个星期之内被盗两次，十年没摔过了，上星期早上上班平路都摔到骨折。这两天发现有只猫一直跟着我，晚上竟然找到我单位办公桌，在上面留下很多毛发！一个办公室里那么多张办公桌，只有我桌上很多毛，其他人桌上一点痕迹都没，说明它是有目的直接去我位置的。星期三还被鬼压床，差点死了。这些全是一个星期内发生的事！我老实本份，怎么会这样？我是不是撞鬼了？该怎么化解？大家给我指点一下啊
