I don't think failure is a bad thing. At least everybody says "failure is the mother of success" . We cannot avoid encoutering for failure when we live in the world . Because we are not god , we cannot predict everything happened in the future. So we can't take immediate measures to prevent .
However it proves that at last people often benefit from some failure ,we can learn sth from lessons , to lest lest falling into this mistake again. It may be the reason people say the blood relation between success and failure .
Of course,all people wish all is best , hope that everybody and everything is good , and we luxuriate success forever , but more or less , life is not like smooth sailing , we usually confront with worse-content things whether in our life or work. What we should do is to face up to reality and make it better.
