这两句话的主要区别在于疑问代词。Who 用来提问是谁，what用来提问是什么，形同的一定是who 和what 都可以提问主语。Who's she? 她是谁？主要是提问她的身份。What's her name? 主要询问她的名字叫什么。两个问题的提问重点是不一样的。
