Summer holiday is from July to August . It ' s a long time for me to do all kinds of things . I like visiting some places of interest . And I like travelling by train . It takes me too much time , but it saves money . Sometimes I stay at home and do my homework , sometimes I help my parents do some house work . When my parents are free , we often go to the park or the zoo , and we have a good time there . I have a good summer holiday .

I did have a good time in summer holiday, which is an unforgettable experience for me. I came to visit several places of interest , during which i combined entertainment with learning to improve myself. During my travel, not only did i make some friends with some tourists but also i used English to help some foreigners. That is why i love travel during summer holiday. I think as students, we should also learn things from the outside world instead of simply focusing on learning from books. That is what i get from this meaningful as well as unforgettable summer holiday！

My Best Friend
Li Hua, who is my best friend, is a 16-year-old boy. He studies in the same school as i do. There is no doubt that he is the focus of us students for he can not just do well in study but also have a gift for playing basketball. He has won plenty of prizes both in study and in basketball, which makes him an example of the students. As to his personality, he is hard working, humorous and warm-hearted. The reason why all of us, including teachers, like him is that he is always willing to help those who are in trouble. And his words and acts have a deep effect on me. It makes me a better person to be around him. That is my best friend --- Li hua!
