请高手说一下influence和effect的区别?是不是都可以用have an effect/influence upon something?

我个人认为,基本上 effect or influence on(upon) sth. 都表示"对某事产生影响",交替使用不会产生很大的歧义.如果真要细分的话,我觉得effect更注重"效果,效用" 强调产生的效果,常采用the effect of A on B 作主语的形式
例句: the effect of this kind of music on the teenager can cause them to become more aggresive.
另外,药物发挥效用,法律法规生效等,都应该采用effect.
而influence on someone or sth. 可以完全解释为汉语的"影响"
例如:this book has a great influence on his life.

influence是指经长期的，深刻地影响，对被影响者产生一时难以改变的结果。如父母对孩子的影项。
effect是指一事物对另一事物产生的短暂的，直接的影响。本回答被提问者采纳
