In view of asynchronous machine's principle of work, the system elaborated the asynchronous machine failure diagnosis system's research present situation and the development direction, and to have carried on the preliminary analysis based on the vibration signal's motor failure diagnosis research, has analyzed the electrical machinery common unusual vibration predominant type. This article has mainly studied the wavelet transform theory and the small wave packet analysis theory, by theory has analyzed the wavelet base's choice. This article uses the small wave packet transform pair asynchronous machine to carry on the failure diagnosis. This article uses based on the small wave packet vibration diagnostic method carries on the diagnosis to the electrical machinery rolling bearing breakdown. Regarding the existence known bearing breakdown's electrical machinery, gathers the vibration signal under the malfunction, unifies the method using the kurtosis value computation and the small wave packet analysis, selects db3 and db10 takes the wavelet base, carries on the small wave packet analysis, to contains has the breakdown eigen frequency information signal to carry on restructuring, obtains the bearing breakdown eigen frequency, according to the breakdown eigen frequency's value and the energy, determines the bearing breakdown the type.
