摘要:文章从惩jie教育的内涵出发,分析惩jie教育是中学生必需的人生经历,可以使学生懂规矩、辨是非,增强责任感和抗cuo折能力,针对教师在教学过程中实施惩戒教育应遵循的伦理性原则、科学性原则、艺术性原则、教育性原则和依fa性原则,从理论上探讨班规要定于惩jie之前、惩jie要以尊重为前提等八大具体的操作技巧问题,以加强中学教师对惩jie教育的理性认识,发挥惩jie教育在中学教育中的应有作用。
Abstract: This article proposed, based on sense of disciplinary education(惩戒教育), that disciplinary education is a necessary life experience(或experience during lifetime) for middle school students, since it could help them learn legal requirements and moral standards as well as improve their sense of responsibility and frustration-remitting ability. Furthermore, on account of ethical principles, scientific principles,artistic principles, educational principles and law-obeying principles that should be followed to practice disciplinary education by teachers during daily teaching, this article theoretically discussed eight primary operative skill issues, such as class rules scheduled ahead of punishment, respect set as premise of punishment, etc. to reinforce rational understanding for disciplinary education among middle school teachers and develop its proper role in middle school education.
