几道英语问题：

1. 如填that，that是起连接作用的，但后面的when也起连接，两者重复。只能填it充当形式宾语，真正的宾语是when引导的名从。
2. one= a / an + 可数名词单数(表泛指），the one= the + 可数名词单数(表特指）。这里根据句意是指前半句中的 a more intelligent and rational consumer，所以用one=a / an + 可数名词单数
3. or应连接两个并列结构，or前是个名词短语，后面肯定是一个名词短语。如填whom，只是个关系代词/ 连接代词，没有具体所指。但可以写成one (whom)
4. other作定语，后面常接复数，others = other people/ things. another表达另一个
5. 道理同2， 这里若没有选项，让你自己填空，你会填a child, 对吗？如果有想到这里，就不难理解one了
