可能是毛囊炎，阴毛囊炎主要表现为某些地方的皮肤出现很多红肿的小结节，而且有疼痛感和痒，有的严重的会出现破溃，流脓等等。
最简单的方法就是用热水敷。
每天三到四次，用五六十度的热水，浸上毛巾，挤干后敷在患处；
清洁完皮肤后用慕晓皙康润膏外抹，修护受损皮肤，一般一个月左右即可好转。
平时还应注意：
作息有规律，不吃辛辣刺激的食物、少熬夜。
勤换内衣裤，用硫磺皂清洗患处，保持皮肤清洁。
经常锻炼，增强身体素质，抵抗疾病。
