To say that you are not able to do something, you say "you cannot" or "you can't (more colloquial口语). 但"can not" is NOT 书面语! It is only a grammatical error. It should always be spelled together and like "cannot". Please read New York Times or other journals or newspapers to see if "can not" actually exists.本回答被提问者和网友采纳

应该是没什么区别不过我很少看人用 can not 一般都是 cannot 或 can't 我一般都用can't，用cannot的时候就是想emphasize 下真的不能
