你好，think、believe的否定式需要前移。
将think, believe, suppose, expect, fancy, imagine等动词后面宾语从句的否定词转移到主句中，即主句的谓语动词用否定式，而从句的谓语动词用肯定式。
例如： I don't think I know you. 我想我并不认识你。
I don' t believe he will come. 我相信他不回来

但是hope的否定式不一样，和I am afraid,I hope so 等否定形式 都是 在其后加not的，
当你要表示“希望如此。”时，就说“I hope so.”其否定形式用“I hope not.”
i hope not用的多吧，和i hope so相对应，表示主观的一种态度，更多是个人的情感，单独使用。当然，hope 前也可以加don't，但是表达意思不同，hope not的意思是希望……不要发生。例如：
Will it rain tomorrow? - I hope not.
而don't hope 意思是不报希望，没有存在希望，并没有希望……不发生的意思。但是不常用。例如：
He didn't hope Jim would fail.

hope,think,believe的否定均既可在前加don't也可否定从句。例如：
I don't think you are right=I think you are not right.
I don't hope you leave me.=I hope you don't leave me.
I believe you were not intended to hurt me.=I don't believe you were intended to hurt me.
