解决方法：改变matlab7的属性，选择matlab7，点击右键-属性-兼容性，在一下兼容模式运行这个程序：

下选择windows Vista (Service Pack 2) 即可。

matlab在win7系统下启动问题：

1.修改win7主题，变更为非aero主题模式，如果修改主题后问题依然没有解决，或者不愿通过修改主题解决该问题的话，可以尝试修改环境变量的方法。

2.在我的电脑上右键选择属性。

3.选择高级系统设置。

4.点击环境变量，在系统变量或用户变量上面点击新建。

5.然后名称填入“MATLAB_RESERVE_LO”，值填入“0”，然后保存退出。此时看看matlab是否可以正常启动了。
