I am venture to write to air my dissatisfication concerning the poor-quality MP5 I purchased last month at your shop and hope you would investigate the matter.
During the last month the MP5 has been in my possession, unfortunately, disturbing problems have just emerged one after another. For one thing, it is tremendously annoying that the screen of the MP5 is always out of order,even if the battery is fully charged. For another, the battery is distressing as it supports the MP5's operation for no more than one hour.
Hence, given the MP5 is still under guarantee, I wish to exchange it for a new one or declare a refund. I hope you can understand my situation and give me a prompt reply. I would be most grateful if this matter receives due attention and be properly settled eventually.
