第一句是有问题的 你想说什么是学英语最好的方法呢？IT指代的是什么？我感觉应该是出国吧
going abroad is the best way to study english,but it is not the only way. in my opinion,studying language in a good environment is important,but that dosen't mean we can't learn english well in a chinese environment.
if这句我觉得不太好 换成where there is a will, there is a way吧.后面的句子没有转折关系 用however 不好，改成furthermore 吧 furthermore ,i have to say that there are three ways to study english in an english country. first of all,i can inprove my english level in a short time because i am in a country where everyone communicate with each other in english .second ,i have more chances to use english in daliy life,third ,i will learn the native language.
我不太理解你的three sides是什么意思 ，后面说的3个内容都是在国外学英语的好处 比较明显的错误是 communication这里明显是要用动词的 你却用了名词形式。只是稍微改了改 ，有的地方还是觉得蛮奇怪的。
