Hi Tomï¼
This is Li Hua, how you doing? I really hope that everything's fine with you. Thanks for the email, I received it last week. I'm sorry to hear that you're not in a good state of learning.
Here are some tips may bring you back to a better condition. I used to take it as the self-motivated approach. You may use an appropriate way to do the following:-
1. Spend fifteen minutes to do your favourite activity, e.g. listening to music, reading story books, that will help us to release tension as studying can be very boring.
2. Carry a pen and paper with you when you're on the go. Write down at least one thing that make you feel proud of it. That's the important thing that I use to motivate myself. I'll stick those paper in front of my table, whenever I feel down, I'll take a look at those note to make myself fee better and of course to gain confidence from it, at least I know that I have something that are so much better than others.
3 Stop the negative thinking and focus on solving those learning problems. as all of us know that "A negative thinker can never be successfulâï¼instead of being so negative towards our live, why don't we live happily and spend our time on something which is constructive. So, let's be positive and optimistic.
I hope the above-mentioned will somehow help you in your study, as I was facing the same problem like you, but eventually I've sailed through the difficulties and I really hope that you may do the same and achieve a better result in your exam.
Take good care and I am looking forward to hearing from you agian.
Warmest Regards,
Li Hua
