(因为我另一个问题有人先答了~所以你能帮我翻译另一个问题吗?)
也是个投诉信,第一就是我跟酒店订房,去的时候发现没有纪录,导致你45分後才入住房间
第二是我定的会议室要使用的时候发现有人使用,也就是重复预订,导致我们只能使用小型的会议室,第三是客房的毛巾没换,通知服务人员,却说是酒店规定....能帮我写一个英文的投宿信吗?谢谢~~也急用~~今天早上10点要用~

i am writing this letter to let you know that I had already booked a room at your hotel before arriving, but there was no records of my reservation, so i had to wait for 45mins before i was able to move in finally

moreover, the conference room, which i book early on, was in use by others. this is because somebody else reserved room earlier than me, but the staff did not record it down for some reason, and we had to use the smaller room.

another thing, the towel in my room did not replace with a new one, i do notified the staff, but what he said was because of the policies.

i am not really happy with what happened to me

To Manager,

I am writing the letter to let you know the service of ________ (酒店名字) was unsatisfactory. I had booked a room on XX/XX/XX(你订酒店的日期).When I arrived the hotel, I found out my booking was not recorded and resulted the waiting time of 45 minutes.
Secondly the conference room that I booked was not unavailable, it was used by other customers which I had to rebook the room.
Another issue was the towels in the room was not changed, I did informed the staffs but they said this is the way they are.
