i am writing this letter to let you know that I had already booked a room at your hotel before arriving, but there was no records of my reservation, so i had to wait for 45mins before i was able to move in finally

moreoverï¼ the conference room, which i book early on, was in use by others. this is because somebody else reserved room earlier than me, but the staff did not record it down for some reason, and we had to use the smaller room.
another thing, the towel in my room did not replace with a new one, i do notified the staff, but what he said was because of the policies.
