一滴水，它的作用十分广泛。一滴水也许是瀑布的一小部分，也许是新生的婴儿身上的一滴圣水，来祝福他的长命，也许是我们喝的茶水中的一滴水，也许是悲欢离合的一滴泪。

水使我联想到生命，假如说世界上没有了水，那么生命就如同花草一样会枯竭地死去。假如世上没有了生命的甘泉，世上便一无所有，寸草不生，整个地球就会变成大沙漠。一滴水真的能够排忧解难吗？不，这是远远不够的，只有从现在开始，我们人人不浪费水，人人节约用水。即使每次少花一滴水，世上就有许许多多的水资源供贫困山区的人们了。

从书中我们可以找到缺水的相关资料：目前的60%的大陆面临淡水资源不足，100多国家严重缺水十分严重的国家达40多个。预计未来20年，全球人均将减少33%。现在，我们有水用，为什么不节省呢？

在我们日常生活中，也有不少的例子哦！比如说我吧，也有浪费的时候。一个星期六的下午，我正在家里洗手帕，忽然听到门前有同学叫我到他家打羽毛球，临走时忘了把水龙头关上，水滴答滴答地流淌着……后来，我一进家门，爸爸就用严厉的目光看着我问：“到同学家去，为什么不关水龙头？要不是我早回来，家里不就变成小河了？”我低着头对爸爸说：“对不起，我以后不敢了。”爸爸点了点头，说：“孩子，要节约用水呀！”
