1 Recently,our English club discusses whether the government of our city should roll out the policy of controlling the purchase of private cars.
2 Nowadays,many people have private cars and this phenomenon has caused a large number of problems such as air pollution,traffic congestion and increasing in energy consumption.
3 There is no doubt that controlling the number of private cars will minimize these problems.
4 However,others think they have the rights to buy cars
5 In addition,owning no cars for themselves makes troubles to their daily life.It is inconvenient for they to work and travel without a car.
