no sooner than用法如下：

no sooner+事情（先发生）than+事情(后发生)

主句用过去完成时,than后面的从句用一般过去时。no sooner后面是主句 ; than后面是从句

no sooner...than 就是一个固定用法

一——就——事情已经完成，所以必须要用过去完成时had

同学举得例子是不可以的，no sooner had rung(前面的事) than the students quieted down(后面的事).
