圆明园的准确译法是：The Impeiral Palace.这是国外通用的。

修复在此处相当于“建好了之后进行维护”，用maintainance最能表达这个含义，而且符合欧美人的表达习惯，既“construct and maintain”（建造与维护）。

所毁在这里当然是用ruin了，ruin有“将完好的东西变成废墟”的意思，符合此处语境与含义。

一楼的译文选用的词语是对的，但太混乱了，单就主动被动选择上就不好。
