Dear Hua, it's nice to get your email. I'm sorry to hear that you have problem in learning English. For me, I think the good way to learn English is reading. The more you read, the more sense of language you will get. Also, reading can increase your vocabulary and knowledge of grammar. By talking to the foreigners is also a good idea. I heard there're several English corners in the parks that you can attend if you have time. And there're lots of foreign students study in the university, if you have chance to meet with them.
