如：
he sat by me 半米范围之内
he sat near me 十米范围之内

上述的米只是为了做比较，不完全准确

也就是如果用near the lake，离湖500米甚至1000米都叫near the lake

是的，这个BY是个方位词，例如It's very nice by the lake。如果只是用湖边一个单词的话，是lakefront
