如果shall表示的和will一样，
如Shall we go to Beijing tomorrow？，回答“Yes，we shall”或“No，we shan't”
（比较常用）shall还表示请求
如Shall we go to zoo？，回答“Certainly”或“Good idea”等或“Sorry，I don't want to go to the zoo.
区分这两种用法，主要看翻译，如：
Shall we go to Beijing tomorrow？我们明天去北京吗？（第一种）
Shall we go to zoo？咱们去动物园吧？（第二种）
