For senior high school student of we to say, the body is count for much, let healthy of the method have a lot, an among those kinds are to keep a good sleep habit.Sleep for 8 hours as far as possible every day, if sleep shortage will cause to grow not high, fat, long pimple etc. problem.The most important is to hurt liver very much, also is more disadvantageous than our brains, lower the efficiency that we study.If sleeping everyday for more than 10 days for not more than 7 hours in a row will bring the injury of permanence to body, even will shorten life span.So, whether studying is how nervous or not, keeping basic sleep is very important, as far as possible little sit up, take a nap.Hope everyone will have a healthy body in aftertime..

Health is very important to senior high school student like us. There are many methods to improve our health, one of which is a healthy sleeping habit. We should try our best to get/obtain an 8-hour sleep. Many health problems could occur without proper sleep. Some of the minor problems are slow growth rate, obesity and acne. Lack of sleep could also do serious damage our liver, slows our brain functions, which hinders our study efficiency. Sleeping less than 7 hours for more than 10 days could do permanent harm to our body, or even shorten our life! Therefore, no matter how tight the review schedules are, having basic sleep is still an important aspect in our lives . Try not to stay up and have enough sleep.
