第二步,把生姜、酒、醋、糖、酱油这些材料准备好放着备用。然后开火,等锅热量够了先把生姜放进去炒两下,再把猪脚放进去翻炒。

第三步,在翻炒的时候一边酒和醋(代替水)不然锅太干了,炒到猪皮有点卷的时候,就可以加点酱油润色,接着放糖(糖和醋一定要按个人的胃口放好量)。
