Our family had a wonderful weekend. As usual, my grandparents went to the park nearby. Even though the weather was fairly hot, they still enjoyed the beautiful view and took a long walk. My grandma told me that walking with my grandpa in the park after twilight is one of her favorite activities. They get to exercise a little and share their day as they chat. I think it is actually really lovely and romantic. My dad enjoyed his weekend reading lots of newspapers. He ordered the newspapers to be delivered home every morning but he is too busy working and never finds time to read them over the weekdays. He spends quite amount of time reading them during weekends though. My dad thinks that reading the newspaper is a very good habit because it helps you to get to know what is happening around the world. My mom, on the other hand, prefers the TV. She thinks that having a televison program is much more enjoyable than the plain words in the newspaper. I think differently with both of my parents. In fact I think Internet is the best way to get in touch with the world and that is why I spent my whole weekend surfing online!
