据我所知，一般来说，用be engaged in （sth/doing sth）表示“从事，忙于”的意思。
be engaged with 也有“忙于”的意思，但一般表示与某人正在谈什么事；有约；与…洽谈；和…交战；忙于…
如：I'll be engaged with a client this evening.
我晚上和一个客户有事。

虽然，be occupied in和 be engaged in 都表示“忙于...”，但前者有被迫地忙于做某事的意思，比较被动。后者着重于主动地忙于做某事。
