Register exam
You can refer to Prometric webpage https://www.prometric.com/en-us/for-test-takers/pages/schedule.aspx which will guide you to go through registration process.
In order to register online please ensure your credit card is valid and you must provide an e-mail address. Prometric will send you an e-mail confirming your appointment.
You can also contact Prometric authorized testing center and let them book exam for you. The contact information can be found in same webpage, “locate a testing center”.
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your exam date or time, you must do so one business day prior to your appointment using the Reschedule/Cancel option on this Web site. If you reschedule or cancel after the specified time, you will forfeit all testing fees and must repay in order to make a new appointment.
Retake Policy
Candidates are not allowed to retake an exam that has been failed previously for a period of 7 days.
What to Bring to the Testing Center
The candidate must present one form of ID in order to test. Primary ID must be non-expired, photo- and signature-bearing.
Acceptable forms of primary ID include but are not limited to:
• driver's license (except in China)
• government-issued ID
• passport
• military ID
Unacceptable forms of ID include:
• Employee ID
What Time to Arrive at the Testing Center
Plan to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in procedures. If a candidate arrives more than 30 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the test center staff may choose not to seat the candidate if doing so disrupts the test center's other scheduled appointments. If the test center does not seat the Candidate, there will be no refund of the Candidate testing fee.
NDA Policy
Before exam starts, candidate will see Huawei’s non-disclosure agreement. Whoever choose “not agree” the NDA can not take the exam and there will be no refund of the Candidate testing fee.

Please Note: The exam duration time shown on the confirmation screens tells the length of your testing appointment, not the length of your examination. Duration of testing appointment includes length of examination and time for tutorial, NDA, survey, etc.
