红苕粉先用温水化开,然后左手提鲜开水壶,右手用筷子搅拌,边搅拌边慢慢加入鲜开水,将红苕芡粉打芡成糊状。

将红苕芡粉倒入肉片中,筷子和匀。
姜切末,加清水中,加适量猪油(不喜欢油腻的可以不加猪油),加盐,然后烧开,水开后用筷子夹起和好芡粉的肉片。
尽量多裹芡粉。

1,芡粉宜选用红苕芡粉。
2,芡粉必须先勾芡,否则附着在肉片上很少
