我有两个朋友是去港大的，也经历过面试。（好像是第一批还是第二批港大在大陆招生）
自我介绍只要30秒的话，简单说说就好，关键是流利。
Good morning, everyone!
I am XXX graduated from XXX school. I feel honored to have this opportunity of having the interview here. My wish is to major in XXX at HKU. Because I have always been interested in XXX, and when I was XX I got a XXX prize in this field. As far as I know, HKU is a top university in the research of XXX. So if I am fortunate to be offered the opportunity of studying in the XXX Department of HKU, I will make every effort to enlarge my XXX knowledge and do some valuable research.

其实考官可能会问你，为什么你想要报考港大，为什么选择那个系，这些你都最好打打腹稿。如果你提到自己看了很多书，他会问你影响最深的是什么书，为什么，等等这些问题。
加油，其实展示出自信、真实的自我，应该是对方希望看到的。

我觉得自我介绍的话还是自己写比较好，因为自己写可以突出自己的特点，你也可以写出汉语让人翻译，别人不知道你的情况很难突出你的特点。
但是港大面试只是个形式，他们其实主要还是看高考成绩。我知道有个人高考成绩刚刚高于面试分数线，面试第三名也没被录取……

Morning, everyone!

Thank you very much for reading my aplication and i am much honored to introduced myself here. My name is XXX, you can call me (YOUR english name). I am 20 years old and I am currently studing in (your discipline/study/major) in (your university).

In the year 2007, i have gor a job in (your work experience like JINXING COMPANY), my main duties were to be a manager assistant in the company. I During the period, throught the patient instructions by the manager, i have learned the values of teamwork and committment, how to win time, how to work hard and how to communicate with the clients and so on.

Besides, my greatest hobby is reading, especially Chinese history books like <<Three Kingdoms>>. I have learnt much from those books which they act as my teachers teach me the for example, how to address the problems in contingency? How to commence a task with a better plan? I like playing basketball in my leisure time,too.

With a healthy body, with solid professional knowledge and with youthful passion, so I am eager to join you and make my contribution in the near future! Thank you!
